BAPC’26 CONFERENCE – SATURDAY 25 JULY 2026

DECREE BY PS ROCHELLE GOVENDER

As an apostolic company of king priests we have the authority to call into existence the intent of God for the Church. We have being given the authority to install and cause the trajectory of a thing to change course. 

Song of Songs4:16 Awake, O north wind; and come, thou south; blow upon my garden, that the spices thereof may flow out. Let my beloved come into his garden, and eat his pleasant fruits.

I believe Brazil is standing on the threshold of one of the greatest moves of the Spirit that the Church has  ever experienced.

The north wind  that the nation of Israel experienced was harsh, ferocious and sometimes devastating. It was a wind that uprooted purged and exposed the land.It was a wind  where nothing could stand in its way. After the north wind the south wind blew. With it came the warmth  and gentleness and a refreshing after the storm. Representing for us the operation of God. First the tilling of the ground with the word and then the refreshing of the spirit to revive and, comfort and restore.

Obed Edom was positioned at the South Gate he  became the custodian of the authentic moves of God , guarding the nation from false doctrine that would contaminate and put the nation at risk. His sons were positioned n the house of  Assupin. It was the place where all the tithes, offering and resources came into. They became custodians of the treasury  and resource centre of nation.

One family’s obedience , alignment to the purpose of God and reverence for God changed the mood , the configuration and trajectory of an entire nation.

The Church in Brazil is like a woman lying down, intoxicated by her pleasures , but God wants to position her in the place of promise and stewardship especially in a the marketplace where she will govern the wealth of the nation.

Song of Solomon 2:10 “My beloved spoke, and said to me: ‘Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away.’”

 So we declare together In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords, we stand as ambassadors of His Kingdom to declare His counsel over Brazil and the nations of South America.

We decree that Brazil shall arise into her divine purpose. Every prophetic destiny assigned to this nation before the foundation of the world shall come forth in this appointed season. The Lord who watches over His Word to perform it will awaken righteous leadership, restore truth in governance, and establish justice in every sphere of society. 

We declare that the spiritual wells dug by faithful generations shall be reopened. Rivers of revival shall flow from the Amazon to the Atlantic, from the great cities to the most remote communities. The sound of worship shall silence the voice of fear, corruption, violence, and oppression. The knowledge of the glory of the Lord shall cover Brazil as the waters cover the sea.

We decree that the Church in Brazil shall arise as one Body. Every spirit of division, competition, and offense is being broken. Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, and marketplace reformers shall move together in Kingdom unity. A new generation of sons and daughters shall prophesy, carry wisdom, and demonstrate the power of the Holy Spirit in every sector of society.

Over South America we proclaim that the continent shall no longer be known merely for its natural wealth, but for its spiritual inheritance. Nations shall become gateways of revival, righteousness, and Kingdom influence. Ancient covenants of darkness are broken by the superior covenant established through the blood of Jesus Christ.

We decree that Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, and French Guiana shall experience divine visitation. The Lord shall raise reformers in government, education, business, media, healthcare, science, arts, and every sphere of influence. The marketplace shall become a platform for Kingdom advancement, and entrepreneurs shall steward wealth for the expansion of God’s purposes.

We speak peace over borders, wisdom over leaders, integrity over institutions, and hope over families. Violence shall give way to reconciliation. Poverty shall be confronted by righteous stewardship, innovation, and divine provision. The orphan, the widow, the vulnerable, and the forgotten shall encounter the compassion and justice of God through His people.

We declare that South America shall become a sending continent, releasing , apostolic teams, innovators, and Kingdom ambassadors to the nations of the earth. The fire of Pentecost shall burn with fresh intensity, and multitudes shall come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

We decree according to Isaiah 60 that nations shall come to the brightness of God’s rising upon this continent. According to Habakkuk 2:14, the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord. According to Psalm 24, the King of Glory shall enter through every gate that has been prepared for His presence.

Brazil and South America, arise in your Kingdom assignment. Fulfill your prophetic destiny. Let the purposes of Heaven be established, and let Jesus Christ alone receive all glory, honor, and dominion.

Father, we decree that Brazil and South America shall arise in apostolic order and Kingdom purpose. Let every misplaced foundation be realigned according to the pattern of Christ, the Chief Cornerstone.

We declare an alignment of truth before tradition, discipleship before attendance, Kingdom before empire, sons before servants, and transformation before mere activity.

May  Apostolic curriculums become a catalyst for raising apostolic builders, prophetic voices with integrity, marketplace ambassadors, covenant families, and leaders who carry both wisdom and power. Let every sphere of influence be discipled, and let the Church move from the pulpit into the marketplace, from gathering crowds to equipping nations.

We decree that fathers and mothers will arise to mentor generations, prophetic revelation will be anchored in biblical truth, and apostolic governance will establish healthy, multiplying Kingdom communities. Let unity and oneness  replace competition, collaboration replace isolation, and purpose replace performance.

Brazil and South America shall become a testimony of Kingdom alignment, where revival produces reformation, and reformation establishes lasting transformation. We declare that the nations will see Christ revealed through a mature Church, equipped, empowered, and sent.

I sense a call for the Church in Brazil to move beyond the walls of its buildings and become a faithful steward in the marketplace. The Lord is inviting His people to demonstrate that the Kingdom is not only proclaimed from pulpits but also revealed through righteous commerce, ethical leadership, and compassionate stewardship.

The Spirit is calling believers to embrace a ministry of custody, the faithful guardianship of resources, opportunities, institutions, and people. As Adam was commissioned to cultivate and keep the garden (Genesis 2:15), so the Church is being summoned to guard what God entrusts to the nation: its wealth, its natural resources, its families, and its future generations.

Economic reform begins with heart reform. Where integrity is restored, trust is rebuilt. Where trust is rebuilt, investment grows. Where investment grows, communities flourish. Therefore, the Church has a role not only in prayer but also in raising men and women who serve with excellence in government, business, education, finance, agriculture, technology, and the arts.

The Lord is calling for a generation of Josephs who can manage abundance with wisdom, Daniels who can influence governments without compromising holiness, and Obed-Edoms whose faithful stewardship invites the presence and blessing of God into every sphere of society.

Let the Church reject both passivity and the pursuit of power for its own sake. Instead, let it become a servant that brings reconciliation, justice, accountability, and hope. Economic transformation that reflects God’s character will always value people above profit while recognizing that prosperity can become a blessing when managed with righteousness.

May pastors equip entrepreneurs, business leaders disciple , the next generation, and intercessors stand in the gap for those entrusted with economic decisions. May collaboration replace competition among churches so that together they become a prophetic witness of unity and faithful stewardship.

So we decree. So we declare. So let it be established, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

DECRETO DE PS. ROCHELLE GOVENDER

Como companhia apostólica de reis sacerdotes, temos autoridade para invocar a intenção de Deus para a Igreja. Recebemos autoridade para instalar e fazer com que a trajetória de algo mude de rumo.

Cântico dos Cânticos 4:16 Desperta, ó vento do norte; e venha, tu para o sul; sopra sobre meu jardim, para que as especiarias dele possam fluir. Que meu amado entre no jardim dele e coma seus frutos agradáveis.

Acredito que o Brasil está à beira de um dos maiores movimentos do Espírito que a Igreja já experimentou.

O vento do norte que a nação de Israel enfrentou foi forte, feroz e, às vezes, devastador. Foi um vento que arrancou, purgou e expôs a terra. Era um vento onde nada podia impedir. Depois do vento do norte, o vento sul soprou. Com isso vieram o calor, a gentileza e um revigorante após a tempestade. Representando para nós a operação de Deus. Primeiro, o cultivo da terra com a palavra e depois o refrescamento do espírito para reviver, confortar e restaurar.

Obede Edom, posicionado no Portão Sul, tornou-se o guardião dos movimentos autênticos de Deus, protegendo a nação de doutrinas falsas que contaminariam e colocariam a nação em risco. Seus filhos foram posicionados na casa de Assupin. Era o lugar onde todos os dízimos, oferendas e recursos entravam em ação. Eles se tornaram guardiões do tesouro e centro de recursos da nação.

A obediência de uma família, o alinhamento ao propósito de Deus e a reverência por Deus mudaram o humor, a configuração e a trajetória de uma nação inteira.

A Igreja no Brasil é como uma mulher deitada, embriagada por seus prazeres, mas Deus quer posicioná-la no lugar da promessa e da responsabilidade, especialmente no mercado onde ela governará a riqueza da nação.

Cântico de Salomão 2:10 “Meu amado falou, e me disse: ‘Levanta-te, meu amor, meu belo, e vem embora.'”

Então declaramos juntos: Em nome poderoso de Jesus Cristo, Rei dos reis e Senhor dos senhores, estamos como embaixadores de Seu Reino para declarar Seu conselho sobre o Brasil e as nações da América do Sul.

Decretamos que o Brasil se elevará em seu propósito divino. Todo destino profético atribuído a esta nação antes da fundação do mundo surgirá nesta estação designada. O Senhor que vigia Sua Palavra para realizá-la despertará uma liderança justa, restaurará a verdade no governo e estabelecerá justiça em todas as esferas da sociedade.

Declaramos que os poços espirituais cavados por gerações fiéis serão reabertos. Rios de avivamento fluirão da Amazônia para o Atlântico, das grandes cidades para as comunidades mais remotas. O som da adoração silenciará a voz do medo, corrupção, violência e opressão. O conhecimento da glória do Senhor cobrirá o Brasil assim como as águas cobrem o mar.

Decretamos que a Igreja no Brasil se levantará como um só Corpo. Todo espírito de divisão, competição e ataque está sendo quebrado. Apóstolos, profetas, evangelistas, pastores, professores e reformadores do mercado devem agir juntos em unidade do Reino. Uma nova geração de filhos e filhas profetizará, levará sabedoria e demonstrará o poder do Espírito Santo em todos os setores da sociedade.

Sobre a América do Sul proclamamos que o continente não será mais conhecido apenas por sua riqueza natural, mas por sua herança espiritual. As nações se tornarão portais de avivamento, retidão e influência do Reino. Antigos pactos das trevas são quebrados pela aliança superior estabelecida pelo sangue de Jesus Cristo.

Decretamos que Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colômbia, Equador, Bolívia, Paraguai, Uruguai, Venezuela, Guiana, Suriname e Guiana Francesa experimentarão a visita divina. O Senhor levantará reformadores no governo, educação, negócios, mídia, saúde, ciência, artes e em todas as esferas de influência. O mercado se tornará uma plataforma para o avanço do Reino, e os empreendedores cuidarão da riqueza para a expansão dos propósitos de Deus.

Falamos paz acima das fronteiras, sabedoria acima dos líderes, integridade acima das instituições e esperança sobre as famílias. A violência dará lugar à reconciliação. A pobreza será confrontada por uma administração justa, inovação e provisão divina. O órfão, a viúva, os vulneráveis e os esquecidos encontrarão a compaixão e a justiça de Deus através de Seu povo.

Declaramos que a América do Sul se tornará um continente de envio, com equipes liberadoras, apostólicas, inovadoras e embaixadores do Reino para as nações da terra. O fogo de Pentecostes arderá com nova intensidade, e multidões virão ao conhecimento salvador de Jesus Cristo.

Decretamos, segundo Isaías 60, que as nações cheguem ao brilho da ressurreição de Deus neste continente. De acordo com Habacuque 2:14, a terra será preenchida com o conhecimento da glória do Senhor. Segundo o Salmo 24, o Rei da Glória entrará por todos os portões que foram preparados para Sua presença.

Brasil e América do Sul, levantem-se em sua missão no Reino. Cumpra seu destino profético. Que os propósitos do Céu sejam estabelecidos, e que somente Jesus Cristo receba toda glória, honra e domínio.

Pai, decretamos que o Brasil e a América do Sul se levantem em ordem apostólica e propósito do Reino. Que cada fundação mal colocada seja realinhada segundo o modelo de Cristo, a Pedra Fundamental Principal.

Declaramos um alinhamento de verdade antes da tradição, discipulado antes da presença, Reino antes do império, filhos antes dos servos e transformação antes da mera atividade.

Que os currículos apostólicos se tornem um catalisador para elevar construtores apostólicos, vozes proféticas com integridade, embaixadores do mercado, famílias de aliança e líderes que carreguem tanto sabedoria quanto poder. Que toda esfera de influência seja discipulada, e que a Igreja passe do púlpito para o mercado, de reunir multidões para equipar nações.

Decretamos que pais e mães se levantarão para orientar gerações, a revelação profética será ancorada na verdade bíblica e a governança apostólica estabelecerá comunidades saudáveis e multiplicadoras do Reino. Deixe a unidade e a união substituírem a competição, a colaboração substituir o isolamento e o propósito substituir o desempenho.

Brasil e América do Sul se tornarão testemunhos do alinhamento do Reino, onde o avivamento produz reforma, e a reforma estabelece transformação duradoura. Declaramos que as nações verão Cristo revelado por meio de uma Igreja madura, equipado, capacitado e enviado.

Sinto um chamado para que a Igreja no Brasil vá além das paredes de seus edifícios e se torne uma fiel administradora no mercado. O Senhor está convidando Seu povo a demonstrar que o Reino não é apenas proclamado a partir dos púlpitos, mas também revelado por meio do comércio justo, liderança ética e administração compassiva.

O Espírito está chamando os crentes a abraçar um ministério da custódia, a guarda fiel de recursos, oportunidades, instituições e pessoas. Assim como Adão foi encarregado de cultivar e cuidar do jardim (Gênesis 2:15), a Igreja está sendo convocada para proteger o que Deus confia à nação: sua riqueza, seus recursos naturais, suas famílias e suas futuras gerações.

A reforma econômica começa com a reforma do coração. Onde a integridade é restaurada, a confiança é reconstruída. Onde a confiança é reconstruída, o investimento cresce. Onde o investimento cresce, as comunidades florescem. Portanto, a Igreja tem um papel não apenas na oração, mas também em formar homens e mulheres que servem com excelência no governo, negócios, educação, finanças, agricultura, tecnologia e artes.

O Senhor está chamando por uma geração de Josephs que possam administrar a abundância com sabedoria, Daniels que possam influenciar governos sem comprometer a santidade, e Obed-Edoms cuja administração fiel convida a presença e a bênção de Deus em todas as esferas da sociedade.

Que a Igreja rejeite tanto a passividade quanto a busca pelo poder por si mesma. Em vez disso, que se torne um servo que traga reconciliação, justiça, responsabilidade e esperança. A transformação econômica que reflete o caráter de Deus sempre valorizará as pessoas acima do lucro, reconhecendo que a prosperidade pode se tornar uma bênção quando administrada com justiça.

Que pastores equipem empreendedores, líderes empresariais discípulos, a próxima geração e intercessores estejam no espaço para aqueles a quem confia as decisões econômicas. Que a colaboração substitua a competição entre igrejas para que juntas se tornem um testemunho profético de unidade e gestão fiel.

Então decretamos. Então declaramos. Assim fique estabelecido, em nome poderoso de Jesus. Amém.

This Conference has been a collaborative effort where we engaged multiple leaders over the past year that included three visits to Brazil. This Conference represents a sacrificial offering to the Lord for this city that has always been gracious and receptive to our message. We want to record our appreciation to Ap Josemario and the Filadelfia family for receiving us here and for receiving the servants of the Lord from South Africa for many years.

This last year building up to this Conference has been a great learning experience; a journey of spiritual enlightenment and discovery concerning our relationships to the greater Body of Christ in the City.

So what did we learn?

For the church in the City to come together, we need supernatural help; the help of the Father – even Jesus asked the Father for His Divine intervention to make His disciples ONE

Clearly building the local house and family and building the Body of believers in a City demand different applications

The grace required by Obededum in hosting the Ark of God in his local house was distinctly different from the grace required by David in bringing the Ark of God into the city of Jerusalem. 

My perception is that in this present season, influenced by my experience over this past year, is that the transition of the Ark of God into Jerusalem demands much more than material sacrifices after EVERY SIX STEPS

The sacrificial demand is MUCH MORE than the blood of bulls and fatted sheep.

During the past year, I have discovered that oneness in the City, would demand a City leadership and priesthood that would pour out their own lives as AS A DRINK OFFERING to the Lord who watches over the city

Who and what is the scope of the Lord’s Divine jurisdiction?

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

This simple verse shows us that the Father is fully invested in the salvation of the inhabitants of the earth – on one VERY IMPORTANT condition that they receive and believe in His Son who He has sent 

GREEK WORD FOR WORLD

Kosmos – created order – refers to all of humanity and all that God has created – this is who and what God “so loved” 

This is the SCOPE OF HIS DIVINE JURISDICTION 

Jesus brought great clarity to the Father’s love for the inhabitants of this world. His love does not include embracing endemic and systemic evil and corrupt operating systems of this world. The agape love of God rejoices in the truth.

1 John 2:15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

The oneness Jesus prayed to the Father about is for His believers – 

He did not pray for us to be in alignment with the world and the things of the world 

Jesus knew that there could be no agreement between two diametrically opposing cultures; 

2 Corinthians 6:16 “I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people.”

The love of the Father for the inhabitants of the world is entirely dependent on their acceptance of His offer and gift for their  salvation 

David was not only king over God’s people in Israel, He was also king over the Gentiles who dwelt within the sphere of his jurisdiction 

The credibility of David’s governance was strengthened by his commitment to righteous rule and granting access to equal justice for all the inhabitants of the land

Psalms 146:9 The LORD watches over the strangers; He relieves the fatherless and widow; But the way of the wicked He turns upside down.

During our preparations over the past year, we had to engage various leaders in the City; this demanded great grace; because we have identified a City environment as the “HAREM COMPLEX” 

The expression “harem complex” is not intended to convey a negative perception of the city. It simply acknowledges the diverse belief systems and philosophies that exist within the greater city complex 

The original source of this perspective emerges from King Solomon’s relationships with his 700 wives and 300 concubines; these women, many of whom were foreigners, worshipped other gods and ultimately, as he grew older, his heart was influenced by these gods.

Scholars of the scriptures, would be able to relate the harem of Solomon to any environment that is influenced by pluralistic, spiritual, idolatrous and religious systems of worship. 

In the Song of Solomon, Solomon would address the bride, with terms of endearment – 

Song of Solomon 4:7n“O my love, you are altogether beautiful and fair. There is no flaw nor blemish in you

Ministry to the greater City complex presents a serious challenge to leaders with a specific apostolic and prophetic mandate in that our speech is known for its clarity ; there is an absence of flattery; there is a clear call for reformation; there is a demand believers to hear and prioritise the Word of the Lord

Ezekiel 37:4 Again He said to me, “Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the LORD!

Whilst apostolic/prophetic grace, almost with surgical precision,  reveals the spiritual condition of God’s people, speaking words that pierce even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and discerns the thoughts and intents of the heart, the grace of Solomon would focus on positive affirmations; he reveals the Passion of the Christ for His bride; looking at the finished work of Christ, looking  BEYOND THE CROSS

THE APOSTOLIC/PROPHETIC RECOGNISES THE FACT THAT ONE GREATER THAN SOLOMON IS HERE

This grace is necessary and vital for ministry to the Body of Christ. Our communication must carry the grace that Solomon demonstrates in his writings to the City complex, especially to believers in Christ.

This is an Apostolic/Prophetic Conference and we need to be spiritually prepared and receptive for instructions in righteousness; to receive apostles’ doctrine; distractions from church culture will be highlighted just as the ascended Christ showed not only the strengths but also the weaknesses of the Church in the seven cities. Jesus not only warned the churches of judgement; He also promised blessings to those who would overcome

WHAT ELSE DID THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD REVEAL TO US DURING THIS LAST YEAR ?

2 Samuel 6:13 And so it was, when those bearing the ark of the LORD had gone six paces, that he sacrificed oxen and fatted sheep. 14 Then David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod.

I personally believe that the successful movement of the Ark of God into the City will demand much more than the sacrifice and the blood of oxen and fatted sheep.

IT ALSO DEMANDS NON TANGIBLE SACRIFICES or IMMATERIAL OFFERINGS  

We are able to attach a monetary value to most things; however, we are unable to assign a monetary value to intangible, spiritual sacrifices, for example, how does a person assign a monetary value to a life like Paul; a life that has been poured out as a drink offering 

During ancient sacrificial worship the “drink offering would be the FINAL OFFERING thrown over the main sacrifice on the altar” and then spills to the ground

It symbolises a life of total sacrificial devotion to God

JESUS IS THE ULTIMATE EXPRESSION OF A LIFE POURED OUT AS A DRINK OFFERING

He sent this message to some Greek Gentiles who wanted to speak with Him – saying that the seed needs to fall to the ground. What Jesus is demanding from those who would like to pursue Him is that our lives need to become THE DRINK OFFERING

This sacrifice is unfathomable because it transcends earthly accounting systems of economics and evaluation

The value of a “seed falling to the ground is infinite and priceless

(Sadly hybrid cultures that are influenced by the economies of the earth are not able to recognise the value of this type of offering)

Out of curiosity I asked CHAT GPT for a monetary evaluation of a life poured out as a drink offering

The reality is that the systems of this “kosmos” are unable to assign a monetary value to a “life that has been poured out as a drink offering 

When Jesus engaged the Samaritan woman in a conversation, Jesus immediately identified this problem this city that represented a “City/harem complex” with its hybrid, mixed culture was unable to discern the gift of God sent by the Eternal Father

John 4:10 Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.” This is not exclusively a Samaritan problem; Jesus lamented the same spiritual condition in Jerusalem – that the city was not able to discern the entrance of the Ark “in another form”  

The Ark is now entering the city “in the form of His prophets and those sent into the city” (Matthew 23:37)

The revelation in the city concerning the Ark was limited ; in that they could only recognise the Ark of God physically, as a sacred piece of furniture built with acacia wood and overlaid with pure gold, it had a solid gold lid on top with two golden cherubim and was carried using wooden poles; it could not process proceeding revelation; it could not receive the revelation that believers are now the spiritual temple of God and have the elements and contents  of the Ark configured spiritually inside them.

The items in the Ark are now assembled inside the believer; it has always been a symbol of the Presence of God. 

We have become the living spiritual temple through the gift of the Holy Spirit.

We are carriers of His Divine Presence, authority, and glory. His Word is inscribed on the tablets of our hearts

Lack of recognition of the visitation of the Ark in another form can cause cities to resist, attack and destroy those who have been commissioned by God to bless the city.

THE FIRST INTANGIBLE SACRIFICE REQUIRED BY ANY CITY IN THE WORLD – THE SACRIFICE OF HONOUR

When cities HONOR carriers of Divine grace, this is seen as an intangible, immaterial sacrifice. This carries weight and influence in the sight of the Father, because it is equal to receiving Jesus and the Father.

ANOTHER INTANGIBLE SACRIFICE – A DEMONSTRATION OF GREAT COURAGE TO DECLARE CHRIST AS LORD OVER THE CITY THAT IS IMMERSED IN IDOLATRY

This is a non tangible sacrifice that is demanded for the Ark to enter the City

THE PROPHETIC WORD RELEASED BY ISAIAH THE PROPHET IS THAT THERE WILL BE A DAY WHEN  GENTILES WILL SEEK JESUS

Isaiah 11:10 “And in that day there shall be a Root of Jesse, Who shall stand as a banner to the people; For the Gentiles shall seek Him, And His resting place shall be glorious.”

GOD IS FULLY INVESTED IN THE SALVATION AND REDEMPTION OF HUMANITY –  THIS OVERSHADOWS HIS CONCERN FOR THE REPUTATION OF HIS PROPHET HOSEA

HE WOULD DEMAND HIS PROPHET HOSEA TO SACRIFICE HIS REPUTATION BY MARRYING AN UNFAITHFUL HARLOT GOMER JUST TO DEMONSTRATE AND REVEAL HIS FAITHFULNESS

God would demonstrate His steadfast, enduring love for His people who displayed recurring spiritual violations of covenant; recurring acts of unfaithfulness, disloyalty, deception and betrayal. God would command His prophet Hosea to marry Gomer to demonstrate His enduring love for His people (Romans 8:35-39)

The Father loved the inhabitants of the “kosmos” so much that He would send His only begotten Son into this “kosmos” to die for its salvation.

What the world may perceive this to be weakness, it reveals the Glory, Mercy and Agape Love of the Father towards His creation

This love is unfathomable; that the Father is at rest in sacrificing His only begotten Son by releasing His beloved Son into a culture where He is subject to hate, mockery, insult, rejection, being despised, betrayed and finally crucified

Galatians 4:4 But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, 5 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. 6 And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” 7 Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

NOITE DE ABERTURA – CONFERÊNCIA – QUARTA-FEIRA, 22 DE JULHO DE 2026 – MINHAS ANOTAÇÕES

Esta Conferência tem sido um esforço colaborativo, no qual envolvemos diversos líderes ao longo do último ano, incluindo três visitas ao Brasil. Esta Conferência representa uma oferta sacrificial ao Senhor por esta cidade, que sempre foi graciosa e receptiva à nossa mensagem. Queremos registrar nossa gratidão ao Ap. Josemario e à família Filadélfia por nos receberem aqui e por receberem os servos do Senhor da África do Sul durante tantos anos.

Este último ano de preparação para esta Conferência foi uma grande experiência de aprendizado; uma jornada de iluminação espiritual e descoberta acerca do nosso relacionamento com o Corpo de Cristo mais amplo na cidade.

Então, o que aprendemos?

Para que a Igreja na cidade caminhe em unidade, precisamos de ajuda sobrenatural; da ajuda do Pai — até mesmo Jesus pediu ao Pai Sua intervenção divina para tornar Seus discípulos UM.

Claramente, edificar a casa e a família local e edificar o Corpo de crentes em uma cidade exigem aplicações diferentes.

A graça necessária a Obede-Edom para receber a Arca de Deus em sua casa local era claramente diferente da graça necessária a Davi para levar a Arca de Deus para a cidade de Jerusalém.

Minha percepção, influenciada pela experiência deste último ano, é que a transição da Arca de Deus para Jerusalém exige muito mais do que sacrifícios materiais A CADA SEIS PASSOS.

A exigência sacrificial é MUITO MAIOR do que o sangue de bois e carneiros cevados.

Durante o último ano, descobri que a unidade na cidade exigiria uma liderança e um sacerdócio da cidade que derramassem suas próprias vidas COMO UMA OFERTA DE LIBAÇÃO ao Senhor, que vela sobre a cidade.

Quem e qual é o alcance da jurisdição divina do Senhor?

João 3:16: “Porque Deus amou o mundo de tal maneira que deu o seu Filho unigênito, para que todo aquele que nele crê não pereça, mas tenha a vida eterna.”

Este simples versículo nos mostra que o Pai está plenamente comprometido com a salvação dos habitantes da Terra — sob uma condição MUITO IMPORTANTE: que recebam e creiam em Seu Filho, a quem Ele enviou.

A PALAVRA GREGA PARA “MUNDO”

Kosmos — ordem criada — refere-se a toda a humanidade e a tudo aquilo que Deus criou. É isso que Deus “amou de tal maneira”.

Este é o ALCANCE DE SUA JURISDIÇÃO DIVINA.

Jesus trouxe grande clareza sobre o amor do Pai pelos habitantes deste mundo. Seu amor não significa abraçar o mal endêmico e sistêmico nem os sistemas corruptos de funcionamento deste mundo. O amor ágape de Deus se alegra com a verdade.

1 João 2:15: “Não ameis o mundo, nem as coisas que há no mundo. Se alguém ama o mundo, o amor do Pai não está nele.”

A unidade pela qual Jesus orou ao Pai é para os Seus crentes.

Ele não orou para que estivéssemos alinhados com o mundo e com as coisas do mundo.

Jesus sabia que não poderia haver acordo entre duas culturas diametralmente opostas.

2 Coríntios 6:16: “Habitarei e andarei entre eles; serei o seu Deus, e eles serão o meu povo.”

O amor do Pai pelos habitantes do mundo depende inteiramente da aceitação de Sua oferta e de Seu presente de salvação.

Davi não era apenas rei sobre o povo de Deus em Israel; ele também era rei sobre os gentios que habitavam dentro da esfera de sua jurisdição.

A credibilidade do governo de Davi era fortalecida por seu compromisso com um governo justo e pela concessão de acesso à justiça igualitária a todos os habitantes da terra.

Salmos 146:9: “O SENHOR guarda os estrangeiros; ampara o órfão e a viúva; mas transtorna o caminho dos ímpios.”

Durante nossas preparações ao longo do último ano, tivemos que nos relacionar com diversos líderes da cidade. Isso exigiu grande graça, porque identificamos o ambiente da cidade como um “COMPLEXO DO HARÉM”.

A expressão “complexo do harém” não pretende transmitir uma percepção negativa da cidade. Ela simplesmente reconhece os diversos sistemas de crenças e filosofias existentes dentro do complexo maior da cidade.

A origem dessa perspectiva está nos relacionamentos do rei Salomão com suas 700 esposas e 300 concubinas. Muitas dessas mulheres eram estrangeiras, adoravam outros deuses e, finalmente, à medida que Salomão envelheceu, seu coração foi influenciado por esses deuses.

Os estudiosos das Escrituras seriam capazes de relacionar o harém de Salomão a qualquer ambiente influenciado por sistemas pluralistas, espirituais, idólatras e religiosos de adoração.

No Cântico dos Cânticos, Salomão se dirige à noiva com termos de carinho:

Cântico dos Cânticos 4:7: “Tu és toda formosa, minha amada; em ti não há defeito.”

O ministério ao complexo maior da cidade apresenta um sério desafio aos líderes que possuem um mandato apostólico e profético específico, pois nossa fala é conhecida por sua clareza; há ausência de bajulação; existe um chamado claro à reforma; há uma exigência para que os crentes ouçam e priorizem a Palavra do Senhor.

Ezequiel 37:4: “Profetiza sobre estes ossos e dize-lhes: Ossos secos, ouvi a palavra do SENHOR!”

Enquanto a graça apostólica/profética, quase com precisão cirúrgica, revela a condição espiritual do povo de Deus — proferindo palavras que penetram até a divisão da alma e do espírito, das juntas e medulas, e discernem os pensamentos e as intenções do coração — a graça de Salomão se concentraria em afirmações positivas. Ele revela a paixão de Cristo por Sua noiva, contemplando a obra consumada de Cristo e olhando ALÉM DA CRUZ.

O APOSTÓLICO/PROFÉTICO RECONHECE O FATO DE QUE AQUELE QUE É MAIOR DO QUE SALOMÃO ESTÁ AQUI.

Essa graça é necessária e vital para o ministério ao Corpo de Cristo. Nossa comunicação deve carregar a graça que Salomão demonstra em seus escritos ao complexo da cidade, especialmente aos crentes em Cristo.

Esta é uma CONFERÊNCIA APOSTÓLICA/PROFÉTICA, e precisamos estar espiritualmente preparados e receptivos às instruções de justiça; receber a doutrina dos apóstolos. As distrações provenientes da cultura da igreja serão destacadas, assim como Cristo, o Ressurreto e Ascendido, mostrou não apenas os pontos fortes, mas também as fraquezas da Igreja nas sete cidades.

Jesus não apenas advertiu as igrejas sobre o julgamento; Ele também prometeu bênçãos àqueles que vencessem.

O QUE MAIS O ESPÍRITO DO SENHOR NOS REVELOU DURANTE ESTE ÚLTIMO ANO?

2 Samuel 6:13-14: “E sucedeu que, quando os que levavam a arca do SENHOR tinham dado seis passos, ele sacrificou bois e carneiros cevados. E Davi dançava com todas as suas forças diante do SENHOR; e Davi estava vestido com uma estola sacerdotal de linho.”

Pessoalmente, acredito que o movimento bem-sucedido da Arca de Deus para dentro da cidade exigirá muito mais do que o sacrifício e o sangue de bois e carneiros cevados.

TAMBÉM EXIGE SACRIFÍCIOS INTANGÍVEIS OU OFERTAS IMATERIAIS.

Somos capazes de atribuir um valor monetário à maioria das coisas; entretanto, somos incapazes de atribuir um valor monetário aos sacrifícios espirituais e intangíveis. Por exemplo, como alguém poderia atribuir um valor monetário a uma vida como a de Paulo — uma vida que foi derramada como uma oferta de libação?

Durante os antigos cultos de sacrifício, a “oferta de libação” era a OFERTA FINAL DERRAMADA SOBRE O SACRIFÍCIO PRINCIPAL NO ALTAR, e então escorria para o chão.

Ela simboliza uma vida de total devoção sacrificial a Deus.

JESUS É A EXPRESSÃO SUPREMA DE UMA VIDA DERRAMADA COMO OFERTA DE LIBAÇÃO.

Ele enviou esta mensagem a alguns gentios gregos que queriam falar com Ele, dizendo que a semente precisa cair no chão. O que Jesus exige daqueles que desejam segui-Lo é que nossas vidas se tornem A OFERTA DE LIBAÇÃO.

Esse sacrifício é incompreensível porque transcende os sistemas terrenos de contabilidade, economia e avaliação.

O valor de uma “semente que cai na terra” é infinito e inestimável.

(Infelizmente, culturas híbridas influenciadas pelas economias da Terra não são capazes de reconhecer o valor desse tipo de oferta.)

Por curiosidade, perguntei ao ChatGPT qual seria a avaliação monetária de uma vida derramada como oferta de libação.

Esta foi a resposta:

“Sua pesquisa não correspondeu a nenhum documento.”

Sugestões:

Certifique-se de que todas as palavras estejam escritas corretamente.

Tente palavras-chave mais gerais.

Tente menos palavras-chave.

A realidade é que os sistemas deste “kosmos” são incapazes de atribuir um valor monetário a uma “vida que foi derramada como oferta de libação”.

Quando Jesus conversou com a mulher samaritana, Ele imediatamente identificou esse problema. Aquela cidade, que representava um “complexo cidade/harém”, com sua cultura híbrida e mista, era incapaz de discernir o dom de Deus enviado pelo Pai Eterno.

João 4:10: “Se tu conheceras o dom de Deus e quem é o que te diz: Dá-me de beber, tu lhe pedirias, e ele te daria água viva.”

Este não é exclusivamente um problema samaritano. Jesus lamentou a mesma condição espiritual em Jerusalém — a cidade não foi capaz de discernir a entrada da Arca “em outra forma”.

A Arca agora está entrando na cidade “na forma de Seus profetas e daqueles que são enviados à cidade” (Mateus 23:37).

A revelação na cidade acerca da Arca era limitada, pois eles só conseguiam reconhecer fisicamente a Arca de Deus como um objeto sagrado, construído de madeira de acácia e revestido de ouro puro, com uma tampa de ouro maciço sobre a qual havia dois querubins de ouro, sendo transportada por varas de madeira.

Ela não conseguia processar a revelação progressiva; não conseguia receber a revelação de que os crentes agora são o templo espiritual de Deus e que os elementos e conteúdos da Arca estão configurados espiritualmente dentro deles.

Os elementos que estavam na Arca agora estão reunidos dentro do crente. Ela sempre foi um símbolo da Presença de Deus.

Nós nos tornamos o templo espiritual vivo por meio do dom do Espírito Santo.

Somos PORTADORES DE SUA PRESENÇA DIVINA, AUTORIDADE E GLÓRIA. Sua Palavra está inscrita nas tábuas do nosso coração.

A falta de reconhecimento da visitação da Arca em outra forma pode fazer com que as cidades resistam, ataquem e destruam aqueles que foram comissionados por Deus para abençoar a cidade.

O PRIMEIRO SACRIFÍCIO INTANGÍVEL EXIGIDO POR QUALQUER CIDADE DO MUNDO — O SACRIFÍCIO DA HONRA

Quando as cidades HONRAM OS PORTADORES DA GRAÇA DIVINA, isso é visto como um sacrifício intangível e imaterial. Isso tem peso e influência aos olhos do Pai, porque equivale a receber Jesus e o Pai.

OUTRO SACRIFÍCIO INTANGÍVEL — UMA DEMONSTRAÇÃO DE GRANDE CORAGEM PARA DECLARAR CRISTO COMO SENHOR SOBRE UMA CIDADE IMERSA NA IDOLATRIA

Este é um sacrifício não tangível exigido para que a Arca entre na cidade.

A PALAVRA PROFÉTICA LIBERADA PELO PROFETA ISAÍAS É QUE HAVERÁ UM DIA EM QUE OS GENTIOS BUSCARÃO JESUS.

Isaías 11:10: “E acontecerá, naquele dia, que a Raiz de Jessé estará como estandarte dos povos; a ela buscarão os gentios, e o lugar do seu repouso será glorioso.”

DEUS ESTÁ PLENAMENTE COMPROMETIDO COM A SALVAÇÃO E A REDENÇÃO DA HUMANIDADE — ISSO SOBREPÕE SUA PREOCUPAÇÃO COM A REPUTAÇÃO DE SEU PROFETA OSEIAS.

Ele exigiria que Seu profeta Oseias sacrificasse sua reputação ao casar-se com a prostituta infiel Gômer, simplesmente para demonstrar e revelar Sua fidelidade.

Deus demonstraria Seu amor constante e duradouro por Seu povo, que repetidamente violava espiritualmente a aliança, praticando atos recorrentes de infidelidade, deslealdade, engano e traição.

Deus ordenaria ao Seu profeta Oseias que se casasse com Gômer para demonstrar Seu amor duradouro por Seu povo (Romanos 8:35-39).

O Pai amou tanto os habitantes do “kosmos” que enviaria Seu Filho unigênito a este “kosmos” para morrer pela sua salvação.

Aquilo que o mundo pode perceber como fraqueza revela a GLÓRIA, A MISERICÓRDIA E O AMOR ÁGAPE DO PAI por Sua criação.

Esse amor é insondável: o Pai está disposto a sacrificar Seu Filho unigênito, enviando Seu amado Filho para uma cultura onde Ele seria submetido ao ódio, à zombaria, aos insultos, à rejeição, ao desprezo, à traição e, finalmente, à crucificação.

Gálatas 4:4-7: “Mas, vindo a plenitude dos tempos, Deus enviou seu Filho, nascido de mulher, nascido sob a lei, para remir os que estavam debaixo da lei, a fim de recebermos a adoção de filhos. E, porque sois filhos, Deus enviou aos vossos corações o Espírito de seu Filho, que clama: Aba, Pai! Assim que já não és mais servo, mas filho; e, se és filho, és também herdeiro de Deus por Cristo.”
