EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Habakkuk 2:2

2 Then the Lord answered me and said:

“Write the vision

And make it plain on tablets,

That he may run who reads it.

I am writing and appealing to all leaders who seek a positive, corporate response to their vision.

If we are seeking corporate acceptance and celebration of our vision we must be willing to engage the leaders in the organization corporately.

In any environment where vision is not communicated, there will be anarchy and chaos. Effective communication will resolve problems in a short space of time.

God desires that His leaders will run after reading the vision; they will not faint or become weary. The benefit of sharing and communicating vision is the acceleration of the goals and purposes of the organization.

Clarity and transparency in sharing vision that has been inspired by the Holy Spirit builds integrity in the process.

Communication is ,simply, the impartation of information.

The Lord understood the importance of communication through the Word that is written. The Lord instructed His prophet to make the communication “plain” which means “easy to understand”.

The clearest forms of communication does not require prophecy or mystical or mysterious statements. Communicate simply.

It is easier to communicate vision than to wait for God to open a person’s eyes.

The church is ready to advance.

COMUNICAÇÃO EFICAZ

2 Entao o Senhor me respondeu , e disse: Escreve a visão e torna-se bem legivel sobre tabuas, para que a possa ler quem passa correndo. 

Estou escrevendo e atraindo todos os líderes que buscam uma resposta positiva e corporativa à sua visão.

Se estamos buscando a aceitação corporativa e a celebração de nossa visão, devemos estar dispostos a envolver corporativamente os líderes da organização.

Em qualquer ambiente em que a visão não seja comunicada, haverá caos e confusão. A comunicação eficaz resolverá problemas em um curto espaço de tempo.

Deus deseja que seus líderes correm depois de ler a visão; eles não vão desmaiar nem se cansar. O benefício de compartilhar e comunicar visão é a aceleração dos objetivos e propósitos da organização.

A clareza e a transparência na visão compartilhada que foi inspirada pelo Espírito Santo criam integridade no processo.

A comunicação é, simplesmente, a transmissão de informações.

O Senhor compreendeu a importância da comunicação através da Palavra que está escrita. O Senhor instruiu seu profeta a tornar a comunicação “clara”, o que significa “fácil de entender”.

As formas mais claras de comunicação não exigem profecias ou declarações místicas ou misteriosas. Comunique-se simplesmente.

É mais fácil comunicar a visão do que esperar que Deus abra os olhos de uma pessoa.

A igreja está pronta para avançar.
