Jeremiah 23:28-29
28 “The prophet who has a dream, let him tell a dream; And he who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully.What is the chaff to the wheat?” says the Lord. 29 “Is not My word like a fire?” says the Lord, “And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?
I want to talk briefly about the Word being likened to a fire.
The purpose of the fire is to rekindle and stoke the zeal for the things of God
Sadly, in this present time many believers are offended by the truth.
The Word of God spoken as released from God is likened to a Fire
Many believers are not configured to deal with TRUTH
Many would leave the meeting being offended or sad.
Recently I spoke to you about certain expressions and terminology that is associated with oil…
For a few minutes I would like to talk to you about FLASH POINT
This is the lowest temperature at which a volatile chemical will ignite when exposed to an external ignition source
For example, fuel has a Flash Point of -43*C
Each one of us has a Flash Point
Some believers have a very low Flash Point – like Fuel; they don’t need much to provoke them; they can simply ignite without any provocation in the coldest of places; with these believers we have to be careful, even in our greeting, in case they ignite.
Even in our preaching, leaders are super sensitive around believers with a low Flash Point. Sadly, this has become the reality of ministry that follows a business model; filling the church with people.
Yet the challenge to preachers, in the book of Jeremiah, is simple :
“He who has My Word, let him speak My Word faithfully”
Some believers have a high Flash Point – very little affects them
God has a high Flash Point…..He is slow to anger and abounds in mercy
God is slow to flash …. But we must never forget, God has a Flash Point
When believers activate His Flash Point, He becomes a Consuming Fire!
We remember how God incinerated the twin cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, and many other acts that followed the wrath of God…….
Jesus also demonstrated a high Flash Point
He has a Flash Point
When he went into His Father’s house, He turned the tables upside down
Because the environment activated His Flash Point
Olive oil is the main ingredient in the formulation of the Holy Anointing Oil
It has a Flash Point of 700 degrees Fahrenheit
The olive branch is a symbol of Peace or Victory/Dominion
God did not want to use a substance that would burn down the Tabernacle; that would destroy the Temple – the Tabernacle was a tent with no windows….
Exodus 27:20-21
The Care of the Lampstand
20 “And you shall command the children of Israel that they bring you pure oil of pressed olives for the light, to cause the lamp to burn continually. 21 In the tabernacle of meeting, outside the veil which is before the Testimony, Aaron and his sons shall tend it from evening until morning before the Lord. It shall be a statute forever to their generations on behalf of the children of Israel.
Believers with a low flash point will destroy the Tabernacle (the church in the city).
BABYLON WILL TEST OUR FLASH POINT

These young men violated a royal decree
Daniel 3:19
Saved in Fiery Trial
19 Then Nebuchadnezzar was full of fury, and the expression on his face changed toward Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego. He spoke and commanded that they heat the furnace seven times more than it was usually heated.
THE FURNACE WAS HEATED SEVEN TIMES MORE THAT THE USUAL TEMPERATURE
( the purpose : to destroy these Hebrew young men)
Daniel 3:18
18 But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.”
THERE WAS NO ANIMOSITY IN THIS; THERE WAS NO CONFRONTATION;
JUST A SIMPLE STATEMENT OF REVEALING THEIR CULTURE
THIS WAS NON NEGOTIABLE TO THESE YOUNG MEN WHO WERE TRAINED RIGOROUSLY IN THE Pentateuch or the five books of the Law given to Moses….
THE WORD OF GOD IN US WILL KEEP US FROM IMPLODING.
Exodus 20:4-7
4 “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth;
5 you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, 6 but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
7 “You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
THESE YOUNG MEN ALSO KNEW ABOUT THE SAVING GRACE OF GOD
THEY KNEW HOW GOD DELIVERED HIS PEOPLE FROM THE CLUTCHES OF PHARAOH
Exodus 14:12-15
12 Is this not the word that we told you in Egypt, saying, “Let us alone that we may serve the Egyptians’? For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than that we should die in the wilderness.”
13 And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. 14 The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”
15 And the Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward.
Nebuchadnezzar wanted to test the Flash Point of three young men.
The systems of Babylon will test our flash point.
Please note that I did not say that Babylon will test us; but the systems of Babylon
Daniel and his three friends represent perfectly, the remnant, the house church, the little flock of God; a model that would stand defiantly, yet respectfully, against the will of the king of Babylon
These are young men; but clearly, they were well mentored.
I believe that God is raising young men and women like this with a High Flash Point.
Individuals who will not trade their integrity in God for royal delicacies…..
THE FURNACE COULD NOT CAUSE THESE YOUNG MEN TO IGNITE….
NOT BECAUSE OF THEIR HUMAN STRENGTH
BECAUSE OF THE PRESENCE OF THE FOURTH MAN – THE WORD OF GOD
Daniel 3:22-25
22 Therefore, because the king’s command was urgent, and the furnace exceedingly hot, the flame of the fire killed those men who took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego. 23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.
24 Then King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished; and he rose in haste and spoke, saying to his counselors, “Did we not cast three men bound into the midst of the fire?”
They answered and said to the king, “True, O king.”
25 “Look!” he answered, “I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.”
What helped these men not to Flash in the midst of intense heat in a fiery furnace.
We know that Christ is the fourth man; His Word and His Presence in our lives will increase our Flash Point; it is His Word that keeps us every withhold even in the most hostile environments.
These young men were in PERFECT ONENESS with the Word of God.
They trusted the Word with their lives.
They were able to instantly recognize the demand to worship an idol
They were at ONE with God and His Word
As I revisited this account, I recognized immediately that the spirit of oneness must be fostered from an elementary level. Three young men. All saying the same thing. Risked their lives together. Believing together. Enduring together. Demonstrating a superhuman, extra terrestrial dimension of faith.
As young children, Daniel and his friends would have been mentored in the book of Deuteronomy concerning the oneness of God :
Deuteronomy 6:4-9
4 “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! 5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
6 “And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
“You shall teach them”
Communication is critical in the fostering of the spirit of oneness
Oneness must be built up from Ground Zero.
It begins at home.
Oneness must be prioritized in the local church…
In my own experience, it is very easy to take our eyes off the ball….
Many of us are involved in our Forum here; we are involved in international ministry; we attend the various Partnership events…..
It is so easy to forget that the local church is the elementary building block…
If the father of a local house is unable to foster oneness in his local church, what is he able to contribute to the Temple, which is a gathering of various tribes
I want to close with the utterances of our Lord Jesus Christ ….
Watch how Jesus would bring it all together…
Jesus presents Himself
Revelation 22:13
13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”
Revelation 22:16-17
16 “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.”
17 And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.
” I am the Root and Offspring of David”
Standing in the midst of all the splendor, glory, beauty, and majesty of heaven, the ascended Christ declares:
” I am the Root and Offspring of David”
Christ is able to declare His genealogy while standing on the highest platform in the universe
Jesus did not allow His ascension to despise His connection to the legacy of David…. in fact as He ascended, His appreciation of the impact of the legacy of David increased…..
Jesus, the ascended Christ is speaking from a victorious platform….
He has overcome death….. yet He remembered His earthly genealogy and the magnificent legacy of David.

28 O profeta que tem um sonho conte o sonho; e aquele que tem a minha palavra, fale fielmente a minha palavra. Que tem a palha com o trigo? diz o Senhor. 29 Não é a minha palavra como fogo, diz o Senhor, e como um martelo que esmiúça a pedra?
Eu quero falar brevemente sobre a palavra que está sendo comparada ao fogo.
O propósito do fogo é reavivar e estimular o zelo pelas coisas de Deus
Infelizmente, neste momento presente muitos crentes são ofendidos pela verdade.
A Palavra de Deus falada como liberada de Deus é comparada a um Fogo
Muitos crentes não estão configurados para lidar com VERDADE
Muitos deixariam a reunião ofendida ou triste.

Por alguns minutos, eu gostaria de falar com você sobre PONTO DE INFORMAÇÃO
Esta é a temperatura mais baixa na qual um produto químico volátil irá inflamar quando exposto a uma fonte de ignição externa
Por exemplo, o combustível tem um ponto de inflamação de -43 * C
Cada um de nós tem um ponto de inflamação
Alguns crentes têm um ponto de inflamação muito baixo – como Combustível; Eles não precisam muito para provocá-los; Eles simplesmente podem inflamar sem qualquer provocação nos lugares mais frios; Com esses crentes, temos que ter cuidado, mesmo em nossa saudação, no caso de eles se inflamarem.
Mesmo em nossa pregação, os líderes são super sensíveis em relação aos crentes com um ponto de inflamação baixo. Infelizmente, isso se tornou a realidade do ministério que segue um modelo de negócio; Preenchendo a igreja com pessoas.
No entanto, o desafio aos pregadores, no livro de Jeremias, é simples:
“Aquele que tem a Minha Palavra, que ele fale fielmente a Minha Palavra”
Alguns crentes têm um alto ponto de inflamação – muito pouco os afeta
Deus tem um alto ponto de inflamação ….. Ele é lento para a ira e abunda em piedade
Deus está lento para piscar … Mas nunca devemos esquecer, Deus tem um ponto de inflamação
Quando os fiéis ativam o seu ponto de inflamação, ele se torna um fogo consumidor!
Nós lembramos como Deus incinerou as cidades gêmeas de Sodoma e Gomorra, e muitos outros atos que seguiram a ira de Deus …….
Jesus também demonstrou um alto ponto de inflamação
Ele tem um ponto de inflamação
Quando ele entrou na casa de seu pai, ele virou as tabelas de cabeça para baixo
Porque o ambiente ativou Seu ponto de inflamação
O azeite é o ingrediente principal na formulação do óleo de unção sagrada
Tem um ponto de inflamação de 700 graus Fahrenheit
O ramo de oliveira é um símbolo de paz ou vitória / domínio
Deus não queria usar uma substância que queimasse o Tabernáculo; Que destruiria o Templo – o Tabernáculo era uma tenda sem janelas …
Êxodo 27: 20-21
O cuidado do candelabro
20 Ordenarás aos filhos de Israel que te tragam azeite puro de oliveiras, batido, para o candeeiro, para manter uma lâmpada acesa continuamente.
21 Na tenda da revelação, fora do véu que está diante do testemunho, Arão e seus filhos a conservarão em ordem, desde a tarde até pela manhã, perante o Senhor; este será um estatuto perpétuo para os filhos de Israel pelas suas gerações.
Os crentes com um ponto de inflamação baixo destruirão o Tabernáculo (a igreja na cidade).

A PALAVRA DE DEUS EM NÓS GUARDARÁ EU DE IMPLORAR.
Êxodo 20: 4-7
4 Não farás para ti imagem esculpida, nem figura alguma do que há em cima no céu, nem em baixo na terra, nem nas águas debaixo da terra. 5 Não te encurvarás diante delas, nem as servirás; porque eu, o Senhor teu Deus, sou Deus zeloso, que visito a iniqüidade dos pais nos filhos até a terceira e quarta geração daqueles que me odeiam. 6 e uso de misericórdia com milhares dos que me amam e guardam os meus mandamentos.7 Não tomarás o nome do Senhor teu Deus em vão; porque o Senhor não terá por inocente aquele que tomar o seu nome em vão.

ELES CONHECEM COMO DEUS ENTREGOU SUAS PESSOAS DOS EMPREENDIMENTOS DE PHARAOH
Êxodo 14: 12-15
12 Não é isto o que te dissemos no Egito: Deixa-nos, que sirvamos aos egípcios? Pois melhor nos fora servir aos egípcios, do que morrermos no deserto.
13 Moisés, porém, disse ao povo: Não temais; estai quietos, e vede o livramento do Senhor, que ele hoje vos fará; porque aos egípcios que hoje vistes, nunca mais tornareis a ver;
14 o Senhor pelejará por vós; e vós vos calareis.
15 Então disse o Senhor a Moisés: Por que clamas a mim? dize aos filhos de Israel que marchem.
Nabucodonosor queria testar o ponto de inflamação de três homens jovens.
Os sistemas da Babilônia testarão nosso ponto de inflamação.
Por favor, note que não disse que a Babilônia nos avaliará; Mas os sistemas da Babilônia
Daniel e seus três amigos representam perfeitamente, o remanescente, a igreja da casa, o pequeno rebanho de Deus; Um modelo que seria desafiadoramente, respeitosamente, contra a vontade do rei da Babilônia
Estes são homens jovens; Mas claramente, eles foram bem orientados.
Eu acredito que Deus está criando homens e mulheres jovens assim com um High Flash Point.
Indivíduos que não trocarão sua integridade em Deus por iguarias reais …..
A FORNALHA NÃO PODE CAUSAR NOSSOS HOMENS JOVENS PARA IGNITAR …
NÃO POR SUA FORÇA HUMANA
PELA PRESENÇA DO QUARTO HOMEM – A PALAVRA DE DEUS
Daniel 3: 22-25
22 Ora, tão urgente era a ordem do rei e a fornalha estava tão quente, que a chama do fogo matou os homens que carregaram a Sadraque, Mesaque e Abednego.
23 E estes três, Sadraque, Mesaque e Abednego, caíram atados dentro da fornalha de fogo ardente.
24 Então o rei Nabucodonozor se espantou, e se levantou depressa; falou, e disse aos seus conselheiros: Não lançamos nós dentro do fogo três homens atados? Responderam ao rei: É verdade, ó rei.
25 Disse ele: Eu, porém, vejo quatro homens soltos, que andam passeando dentro do fogo, e nenhum dano sofrem; e o aspacto do quarto é semelhante a um filho dos deuses.
O que ajudou esses homens a não Flash no meio do calor intenso em um forno de fogo.
Sabemos que Cristo é o quarto homem; Sua Palavra e Sua Presença em nossas vidas aumentarão nosso ponto de inflamação; É a Sua Palavra que nos mantém todos retidos mesmo nos ambientes mais hostis.
Esses jovens estavam em perfeita sintonia com a Palavra de Deus.
Confiaram na Palavra com suas vidas.
Eles foram capazes de reconhecer instantaneamente a demanda de adorar um ídolo
Eles estavam em UM com Deus e Sua Palavra
Ao revisar essa conta, reconheci imediatamente que o espírito de união deve ser promovido a partir de um nível elementar. Três jovens homens. Todos dizem o mesmo. Arriscaram suas vidas juntas. Acreditando juntos. Permanecendo juntos. Demonstrando uma dimensão sobre-humana, extra-terrestre da fé.
Como crianças pequenas, Daniel e seus amigos teriam sido orientados no livro de Deuteronômio sobre a unidade de Deus:
Deuteronômio 6: 4-9
4 Ouve, ó Israel; o Senhor nosso Deus é o único Senhor.
5 Amarás, pois, ao Senhor teu Deus de todo o teu coração, de toda a tua alma e de todas as tuas forças.
6 E estas palavras, que hoje te ordeno, estarão no teu coração;
7 e as ensinarás a teus filhos, e delas falarás sentado em tua casa e andando pelo caminho, ao deitar-te e ao levantar-te.
8 Também as atarás por sinal na tua mão e te serão por frontais entre os teus olhos;
9 e as escreverás nos umbrais de tua casa, e nas tuas portas.
“Você deve ensiná-los”
A comunicação é crítica na promoção do espírito de unidade
A unicidade deve ser construída a partir de chão Zero.
Começa em casa.
A unicidade deve ser priorizada na igreja local …
Na minha própria experiência, é muito fácil tirar nossos olhos da bola ….
Muitos de nós estão envolvidos no nosso Fórum aqui; Estamos envolvidos no ministério internacional; Nós participamos dos vários eventos da Parceria …..
É tão fácil esquecer que a igreja local é o elemento fundamental …
Se o pai de uma casa local é incapaz de promover a união em sua igreja local, o que ele é capaz de contribuir para o Templo, que é uma reunião de várias tribos
Quero fechar com os enunciados de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo ….

E quem tem sede, venha; e quem quiser, receba de graça a água da vida.
“Eu sou a raiz e a geração de Davi”
Em pé no meio de todo o esplendor, glória, beleza e majestade do céu, o Cristo ascendido declara:
“Eu sou a raiz e a geração de Davi”
Cristo pode declarar sua genealogia enquanto está na plataforma mais alta do universo
Jesus não permitiu que Sua ascensão desprezasse Sua conexão com o legado de David … de fato, quando Ele ascendeu, Sua apreciação do impacto do legado de David aumentou …..
Jesus, o Cristo ascendido fala de uma plataforma vitoriosa ….
Ele superou a morte … ainda lembrou-se de sua genealogia terrestre e do legado magnífico de Davi.
