Pastor Brenden of Praise Church leading worship

Ministers gathered for a great time of interaction and fellowship around the Word of the Lord. His Presence in the midst of His servants was clearly evident as the men of God lay aside every petty, useless and vain argument to pursue Kingdom purpose and the mind of Christ for our little town. We remain hopeful and confident that as we establish ourselves as the pattern of God, He would support everything we put our hands to.

ABC COVENANT MEETING

Dr Sagie, Rochelle and Kim Govender

It was wonderful to be with Dr S.Y.Govender and the ABC family at Ps Roland and Ann’s covenant meeting in Umhlanga which is north of the city of Durban. We had a great time of fellowship and enjoyed the Word that was shared by Ps Joey Govender. We may travel to many places, but there is nothing like being back home.
The prophet Samuel always returned home to Ramah. His final resting place was also Ramah.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT

If you are led by the Spirit of the Lord to support us financially in delivering present day truth to a broader audience, where we venture as pioneers beyond familiar and known territories, please click the “About” page for our banking details.

BELIEVERS WHO GATHERED

THE GATHERING

Many people attended the meetings in Salvador. They were receptive to the Word and to the one who came in the name of the Lord.

Victor Dantas is a man I will never forget. He is a highly respected man who is involved in developing new innovations in Information Technology.
He is presently working on the software for a “touch screen” pulpit.
He was assigned by his set man Ap Eduardo Ribeiro to be responsible for all our transport and other needs. He was placed at our call. He was a real blessing to us during our stay. He also interpreted for me at the meetings.

PS JOSHUE NOVAIS -- WORSHIP LEADER

One of my most memorable encounters with the Presence of God was
in Salvador at Ap Eduardo’s Apostolic Conference. Ps Joshue Novais led the worship and he is totally blind. The move of the Spirit was phenomenal.
Ps Joshue is a well known recording artist in Bahia, having released three CDs. He sang songs written and produced by himself. He is a real jewel in the Body of Christ.

TIME WITH MY SONS

Ap Eduardo, Ps Nilo, myself and Ap Marcio

It was great spending quality time with my sons, Ps Nilo and Ap Marcio. Because we live far away from one another, the times we do get together are very special. Bahia was one such experience.

IMAGES FROM BRASIL

PS NILO WITH SHELLEY,GABRIEL,EVE

This is Ps Nilo Nogueira, the pastor of CCF International Church in Rio de Janeiro with his children from the left … Shelley, Gabriel and Eve.
All Ps Nilo’s children are gifted musicians and are part of the Praise Team. Shelley is an accomplished guitarist whilst Gabriel plays the drums and Eve sings. When I met Ps Nilo, Gabriel was not born. Shelley had just been born. Sonia, Ps Nilo’s wife passed away tragically about 8 years ago. She spoke fluent English and interpreted at all our meetings.
Her passing away was a tremendous loss to the work of the ministry in Brasil.

I have arrived back safely in Durban South Africa. Glad to be back home with family and the brethren. Extremely exhausted because of the huge amount of travelling during my stay in Brasil. However it was very satisfying as many people from outside our usual “hearing” audience received present day truth forr the first time.
We have to improve our work ethic in respect of taking the message into new territories. We must be strong and courageous and engage unchartered regions with the Word of the Lord.
Anyway, looking forward to getting back to the work here. Love and regards to all our friends.

LEAVING RIO

Its 5am and I am preparing to leave Rio for Sao Paolo. The Lord has truly been with me during this trip. Many new relationships have been established. Ps Ricardo Brunei was in the meeting last night. A man of considerable influence in the city. He received the message with great joy.
He is able to work with us to destroy the spirit of tribalism that is so prevalent here. Well, I will write again from Durban, South Africa.
Thank you for following my journey on the blog, and also for your prayers.
My condolences to Sheila’s brother Dan Naicker who lost his wife on Thursday after a long battle with cancer. Our prayers and thoughts are with the family at this time.
