8 Então disse o rei de Israel a Jeosafá: Ainda há um homem por quem podemos consultar ao Senhor – Micaías, filho de Inlá; porém eu o odeio, porque nunca profetiza o bem a meu respeito, mas somente o mal. Ao que disse Jeosafá: Não fale o rei assim.   

Quando as vidas de homens inocentes correm risco, a Igreja não precisa de “boas” palavras, mas a Palavra do Senhor. Os profetas têm a graça de declarar a verdade no meio de uma grande hostilidade. A verdade não precisa de cinqüenta profetas institucionais para apoiá-lo; a verdade está sozinha. A verdade não muda de acordo com a votação popular. A multidão não escolheu a Verdade (Jesus); a multidão escolheu Barrabás. Não venda a verdade por um pedaço de pão.
Em 2017, seja um declarar da verdade (A palavra de Deus) e regozijar-se em sua perseguição.

8 So the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, “There is still one man, Micaiah the son of Imlah, by whom we may inquire of the Lord; but I hate him, because he does not prophesy good concerning me, but evil.” And Jehoshaphat said, “Let not the king say such things!”
When the lives of innocent men are at risk, the church does not need “good” words, but the Word of the Lord. Prophets have the grace to declare the truth in the midst of great hostility. Truth does not need fifty institutional prophets to support it; truth stands alone. Truth does not change according to popular vote. The multitude did not choose truth (Jesus); the multitude chose Barrabas. Do not sell the truth for a morsel of bread.

In 2017, be a declarer of the Truth (The word of God) and rejoice in your persecution.
