The last week end saw the believers in great spirits…there was much rejoicing accompanied by a spirit of thanksgiving and appreciation for all that the Lord has done for us. We moved into our new auditorium with much celebration. Dr S.Y.Govender shared the Word of the Lord reminding us that we are the Lamb’s “Wife”…the eyes of the Lord are upon His wife….The Lord spoke through His prophet Jeremiah saying:

Jer 3:14-15

14 “Return, O backsliding children,” says the LORD; “for I am married to you. I will take you, one from a city and two from a family, and I will bring you to Zion. 15 And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.

Imagine this humiliation…where the Lord has to remind us of our marital status. What shame! Listen to His shepherds, wife of  the Lamb. Be restored to your marriage bed with your faithful husband. The Lord bless you.

O fim da semana passada viu os crentes em grandes espíritos … houve muita alegria acompanhada por um espírito de gratidão e apreço por tudo o que o Senhor fez para nós. Nós nos mudamos para nosso novo auditório com muita celebração. Dr SYGovender compartilhado a Palavra do Senhor nos lembrando que somos “esposa” do Cordeiro … os olhos do Senhor estão sobre Sua esposa …. O Senhor falou pelo profeta Jeremias, dizendo:

14 “Volta, ó filhos rebeldes”, diz o SENHOR; “porque eu sou casado com você eu vou levá-lo, um de uma cidade e dois de uma família, e vos levarei a Sião. 15 E vos darei.. pastores segundo o meu coração, quem vai alimentá-lo com o conhecimento e compreensão.

Imagine esta humilhação … onde o Senhor tem para nos lembrar do nosso estado civil. Que vergonha! Ouvir Seus pastores, a esposa do Cordeiro. Ser restaurado para o seu leito conjugal com seu marido fiel. O Senhor te abençoe.

APOSTLES GATHERING IN PHOENIX, SOUTH AFRICA TO DECLARE THE OPENING OF THE FAST

Isa 35:1-7
The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them,
And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose;
2 It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice,
Even with joy and singing.
The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it,
The excellence of Carmel and Sharon.
They shall see the glory of the LORD,
The excellency of our God.

3 Strengthen the weak hands,
And make firm the feeble knees.
4 Say to those who are fearful-hearted,
“Be strong, do not fear!
Behold, your God will come with vengeance,
With the recompense of God;
He will come and save you.”

5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened,
And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

We are filled with great joy and anticipation as we wait upon the Lord to reveal more of Himself to us, more of His Divine wisdom that bypasses the filters of the human intellect. Wisdom that is pure. Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God. I believe that there will be a purity that will pervade our inner structure and that there would follow much repentance as we embark on the journey back to the heart of the Father. It is not an easy journey….but one we have to make. We will never reflect the nature of a son of God whilst being a Son of man. Jesus demonstrated this as a 12 year old…His natural parents could not keep him by their side….because He was full of purpose….fully of destiny….full of the Divine mandate….to be the true Son of His Father. As fathers of households we have to mentor those who have been placed in our care by Him, to embark on this journey. As a father myself. I have to gird up my loins, strengthen myself and gently push my sons towards Him. This move of God is about God lamenting the absence of His family….the absence of shepherds after His own heart….that His prophets have all forsaken Him.

The prophet Jeremiah spoke the Word of the Lord:

Jer 3:14-16

Our prayer is for the Body to be reconciled to the Head.

"Lead me to the Rock that is higher than I"

The new building in Wyebank has been under construction for over 5 years now, with the end seemingly not even close. About 8 months the Lord gave us a Word that He would do a quick work and that we have to adjust our focus; we always knew that He was constructing a greater temple….a temple that was made of living stones that welcomed and celebrated the indwelling Presence of God. Within the next few months the roof of the building was installed; the windows followed shortly afterwards.

The facility is not yet completed…there is much of the finishing to be done….yet our desire to express our gratitude to Him is overwhelming…like David we have to sacrifice at every six paces…we have to do it right without suffering any casualties…this desire overshadows everything else…and the most perfect of seasons..when we are preparing our hearts, our minds, our spirits…in fact our entire being is postured to bless Him..the All Sufficient One. As we prepare to entr the season of fasting and prayer…this temple will be be consecrated to Him in this season. Come and assemble with us in this Holy Convocation as we celebrate the goodness, mercy and the unfailing love of God. Let the righteous rejoice and be glad.

Come and listen to Dr S.Y.Govender, my spiritual father, a man of God of global repute share the Word of the Lord. This special time in the Presence of His Word is not to be missed.

If we are a spiritually discerning people, we must be able to discern the absence of love in the Body of Christ. By now we know that we can build towers that reach into the heavens without being motivated by love for the Kingdom. The financial dynamics of ministry can make one totally immune to the significance of the most important commandments given to us by the Lord Jesus Christ. Every single activity in the Kingdom of God has to be motivated by love. Our desire to unite with other groups in the Body has to be motivated by a love for His Body. Let us read this scripture again:

Matt 22:37-40
 37 Jesus said to him, ” ‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’  38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’  40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

These are the 2 most important commands given to the Church….it is well worth meditating upon considering the variety of challenges that face the Body of Christ….none of these challenges can be overcome unless we embrace these foundational commands. A command simply means we have no choice in the matter….there is no need to sit around to reason and find ways to theologically escape these instructions. Everything that we are busy with needs to hang upon these commandments. Love needs to motivate everything. We have spoken the law on so many issues…tithing for one. We know this is not optional. We have heard prosperity messages, we have heard some of the finest teachings on the subject…yet much of the Body is backslidden in this area. Why? There is a famine in love. If the believer loves God, then the believer would return what has been entrusted to him. We are committed to embrace this command by beginning in our own household of faith ….by loving one another with the love of God. This is the best place to start…with small groups…as we perfect the model we can demonstrate it to the greater Body. As we prepare to enter the time of fasting and prayer, let us wait upon this command….I believe it would change our lives…not only in the Church, but also in every sphere life would take us.

Let us look at the story of Esther:

Est 2:12
12 Each young woman’s turn came to go in to King Ahasuerus after she had completed twelve months’ preparation, according to the regulations for the women, for thus were the days of their preparation apportioned: six months with oil of myrrh,

Myrrh is figurative of love. A critical phase in her preparation to meet with the king is to soak in love for six months. As we prepare to stand before a great and awesome God, as we stand before His splendor and majesty, let us go through the process of soaking.

It was wonderful to spend this last week with my father Dr S.Y. Govender and my brothers at the Open Heaven Conference in Durban. When you spend much of your time in other nations, it is always great to come back home to a family. This has always been the desire of God…a family..a people belonging to Him. As much as God has ownership over His sons, we require those who carry a “fathering” grace to watch over us, to mentor us and lead us to find our place in Christ.
I shared this scripture with the brothers:

Psalms 61:2
2 From the end of the earth I will cry to You,
When my heart is overwhelmed;
Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

What David cried out for was leadership that would help him on his journey towards the Rock..Christ Jesus! We cannot stumble into this place…we require leadership…both the leadership of the Holy Spirit as well as spiritual fathers who are learned and are blessed with the wisdom of God to unravel the mysteries of God that are hidden in the scriptures.
The Lord has blessed me in planting me in a family that is able to illuminate my pathways as I would lead my household on this epic journey to the Rock that is higher than I!

Ontem, durante o nosso serviço de manhã o Senhor me mostrou claramente uma mesa de banquete grande no novo auditório no primeiro andar da Igreja …. foi ricamente preparados com iguarias e bebidas, os assentos eram bem equipados …. houve não uma multidão, mas um grupo seleto de pessoas sentadas à mesa …. Eu estava posicionado na cabeceira da mesa e os que estavam sentados comigo eram os meus filhos (homens, mulheres, crianças)

Acredito que tive uma visão do odre Pai / Filho. Isso trouxe à memória a escritura que muitas vezes referem-se em Malaquias

Malaquias 4:5-6

5 Eis que eu vos enviarei o profeta Elias,

Antes da vinda do grande e terrível dia do Senhor.

6 E ele converterá o coração dos pais aos filhos,

Eo coração dos filhos a seus pais,

Que eu não venha e fira a terra com maldição.

Isto é o que eu vi em minha visão. Eu vi o coração voltou … o meu coração voltado para os meus filhos fiéis, e os corações dos meus filhos se virou para mim, a graça que os pais deles. Eu vi que todos estavam felizes e satisfeitos com a comida na mesa, todo mundo estava em paz …. em uma mente, em um acordo … não se acotovelando, puxar, empurrar ou cobiça. Apenas paz e tranquilidade.

Eu escrevi recentemente sobre um “coração a coração” conexão que David exigido de quem vem a ele … isso é porque Davi sabia que os outros padrões não funcionou no longo prazo. Além do pacote total de graça que vem com um pai, a relação entre um pai e seus filhos nunca foi destinado a ser mercenário …. você tem que conectar um ao outro de coração.

1 Coríntios 13:8

O amor nunca falha. Mas havendo profecias, desaparecerão; havendo línguas, cessarão; havendo ciência, desaparecerá.

Todos os nossos dons desaparecerá gradualmente ao longo de um processo de tempo … mesmo nos falham … o conhecimento vai desaparecer … como as gotas do orvalho da manhã na vinda do sol … mas o amor nunca falha … o amor de Deus.

É este amor que vai manter os filhos em torno da mesa do banquete do pai. Esta é a mesa onde você vai encontrar “pão das crianças”, o. Jesus lembrou a mulher que esse pão não foi destinado para “cães pequenos”, mas para as crianças.

Nosso maior dia virá em que, como uma família somos gratos e apreciamos o pai que Deus tem instalado em nossas vidas. Quando este dia chegar, a graça virá …. vamos experimentar favor Divino, avanço, milagres extraordinários, sinais e maravilhas. Até que isso aconteça, tudo o que teremos é uma relação profissional que é mutuamente benéfico.

Yesterday during our morning service the Lord showed me clearly a large banquet table in the new auditorium in the first floor of the Church….it was lavishly prepared with choice food and drink, the seats were well appointed….there was not a multitude, but a select group of people sitting at the table….I was positioned at the head of the table and those that were seated with me were my sons (men, women,children)

I believe that I had a vision of the Father/Son wineskin. This brought to remembrance the scripture we often refer to in Malachi

Malachi 4:5-6

5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet

Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.

6 And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,

And the hearts of the children to their fathers,

Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.

This is what I saw in my vision. I saw hearts turned…my heart turned towards my faithful sons, and the hearts of my sons turned towards me, the grace that fathers them. I saw that everyone was happy and satisfied with the food on the table, everyone was at peace….in one mind, in one accord…no jostling, pulling, pushing or coveting. Just peace and tranquility.

I wrote recently about a “heart to heart” connection that David demanded of those coming to him…this is because David knew the other patterns did not work in the long term. Apart from the total grace package that comes with a father, the relationship between a father and his sons was never intended to be mercenary….you have to connect to one another’s hearts.

1 Corinthians 13:8

Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away.

All our gifts will gradually fade over a process of time…even fail us…knowledge will vanish away…like the drops of early morning dew at the coming of the sun…but love never fails…the love of God. 

It is this love that will keep sons around the banquet table of the father. This is the table where you will find the “children’s bread”. Jesus reminded the woman that this bread was not intended for “little dogs” but for the children.

Our greatest days will come when as a family we are thankful and appreciative of the father that God has installed in our lives. When this day comes, grace will come….we will experience Divine favor, breakthrough,unusual miracles, signs and wonders. Until that happens, all that we will have is a professional relationship that is mutually beneficial.

Well it was a great trip to Argentina…many new relationships have been orchestrated by the Lord for the purposes of Kingdom advancement.The churches that I have been to are sincere in their unashamed expressions of joy and delight in the Lord.The Word of the Lord was well received.
I have observed generally in the Body of Christ an absence of Order, structure and clarity.Everything about God and His Kingdom requires structure….once you have the structure,we must implement the protocols of the Kingdom so that we may be ordered in our activity.
This is a season that demands TRANSPARENCY.This is not a season for spies and secret agents.We must craft an environment of transparency and clarity.
This was the Word of the Lord for our ministry in 2011.We must be transparent in all our interactions….
The spies Joshua commissioned to check out Jericho were men of great integrity. Even as they engaged Rahab, their covenant with her was clear and transparent…the presence of the scarlet cord hanging out of her window is a picture of the integrity that these “spies” represented. That in their quest for dominion they will not dismantle structures that are protected by the presence of the scarlet cord.

Well I was pleasantly surprised when I returned this week end! The sons of the house dedicated this Sunday to be “Appreciation Day” and brought me many gifts and treated me like royalty.Many video messages were received from my sons from the other nations and I am extremely grateful to my household of faith for all the effort invested in this day.May the Lord bless you all for making this day memorable.

Proverbs Chapter 8

¹Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice?                                                

² She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths.

³ She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors.

⁴ Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice [is] to the sons of man.

⁵ O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.

⁶ Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips [shall be] right things.

⁷ For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness [is] an abomination to my lips.

When wisdom has to cry out, when wisdom has to raise her voice we know that she has reached a point of extreme frustration. The very nature of wisdom would suggest peace and tranquility. But wisdom has been despised to such a point, that she has to position herself in the most conspicuous places in the city and begin to cry out against the atrocities of the inhabitants of the city who have all gone their own way……forgotten their first love.

¹⁰ Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold.

¹¹ For wisdom [is] better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it. 

The inhabitants of the city despise grace…… receive the instruction which is more precious than the finest gold in the land…..the counsel of the Lord is priceless….in fact they are not even meant to be compared. Yesterday I spoke about the protocols of entry ito the camp of David. At Adullam the men that came to David would be considered to be ¨losers¨ by society, yet they were eventually transformed into a formidable force because they accessed the grace of David. Grace is more precious than silver or gold or the finest rubies. Discern grace and connect to it. Stay blessed.

The Lord has brought this scripture to remembrance in this time. As the Lord gives you favour and increase there are many who would seek to enter into your tents. We can issue so many regulations and laws; so many do´s and dont´s.As children of God, we need to follow David´s leadership example in the acquisition of the human resource.

As far as David was concerned there is only one protocol he was looking for: he wanted men of peace in his camp. Those who can dwell in peace with him. You see, we have enough hostile forces out there already without us adding to our woes. David knew what it is to be betrayed; he knew what it is to lose everything; he knew what it is to walk with people with whom he would sit in he house of the Lord; where both of them would worship the Lord together; lift up holy hands together; receive the counsel and instructions of God together; in spite of all of this he was still betrayed. This ought to teach us something right here……as servants of the Lord we minister weekly to a community of wheat and tares….both exposed to the same Word,both of them to the Presence of God, both of them to the magnificence and the majesty of the movements of the Spirit of God, yet one is immune and unaffected by mnistry….one chooses to remain alone, not falling to the ground.

David knew the reality of this experience…he was fully persuaded regarding both these dimensions. This is the reason he made tis declaration; this is a season for the uniting of hearts….not the gathering of men for commercial expansion without connection . But the ¨knitting of hearts¨. The hearts of the men must be joined to David. This is David´s offer. This is His protocol. If we enter into his camp under any other pretense, you will come against God Himself. There is much we can learn from this. Let us carefully examine our motives for connecting to the various people in our lives. It is time to ¨refresh¨ our directory!!!! The Lord bless you.
